Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds for Unwanted Items
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by our support team.

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unwanted items. All returns must be sent to our facility in the United Kingdom. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please include your full name, order number, and return address inside the package. Parcels that cannot be identified upon arrival will be stored for 14 days.
We recommend keeping proof of return postage, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking.
Cancelling Orders
We offer a 6-hour cancellation window after the order is placed. After this period, your order may be processed and cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@brezzeshoes.com as soon as possible.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important:
Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. If delivery is refused, the courier may dispose of the package, and no refund will be issued. In such cases, allow the delivery and request a return after receipt.
Damaged Goods / Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item/size, notify us immediately with clear photos or video evidence. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
All damaged goods must be returned to our UK address for inspection. Once confirmed as faulty, we will issue a full refund including return postage.
Exchanges
For fast processing, email us at support@brezzeshoes.com and include "EXCHANGE" in the subject line.
We will confirm availability and arrange your replacement. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Parcels Returned to Sender or Not Collected
If your parcel is not delivered and is marked “Returned to Sender,” we are not able to refund or resend due to the following reasons:

Incorrect Address Provided: Parcels with incorrect or incomplete addresses are not returned to us and are destroyed by couriers.

Unclaimed Parcels: If the courier was unable to deliver and left a collection notice, it is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the grace period (usually 7 days). Unclaimed parcels are also destroyed by couriers.
Please always check your order confirmation email to ensure the shipping address is correct.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost or stolen, contact us immediately. We will verify the address used and investigate the case with our logistics team.
If you purchased Insured Shipping, we will provide a free replacement for confirmed lost or stolen parcels.
Parcels Marked as “Returned to Sender” or “Insufficient Address”
If your parcel was returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, contact us at support@brezzeshoes.com for assistance.
Always verify your order details at the time of purchase, especially the shipping address listed in your confirmation email.
Shipping Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days from dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.

Priority Processing
We offer Priority Processing as an optional upgrade. This places your order at the front of our warehouse queue but does not speed up shipping.
