Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please wait for it to be delivered and follow our return process. To reduce environmental impact, we ship products directly from our manufacturing partners. This allows us to eliminate intermediary warehouses and reduce CO₂ emissions. While this may extend delivery time, it significantly minimizes our carbon footprint—each air mile avoided saves approximately 24kg of CO₂.

Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days. During peak periods, handling time may be extended. If your order is not delivered within 7 business days, you may request a full refund.
Priority Processing
This upgrade prioritizes your order within our internal queue but does not accelerate the actual shipping time.
Insured Shipping
If you select insured shipping, your order will be eligible for free replacement in the event of loss or confirmed theft during transit.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
If Your Package Hasn’t Arrived
If your package has not arrived within the expected time, follow the steps below:
1. Confirm the delivery window has passed
Track your order via the tracking email or confirmation page to verify if the estimated date has elapsed.
2. Verify your shipping address
Review your confirmation email to ensure the shipping address was entered correctly. We cannot modify the address once an order is in transit.

If tracking shows “delivered,” inspect common delivery areas depending on your location:
